Steven is one of Europe’s thought leaders in the field of social media, conversations and digital marketing. Throughout his career, Steven has studied the impact of digital and social media on consumers and organizations. He uses this knowledge to inspire and facilitate companies to adapt their existing approach to today’s reality. Over the years, Steven has hosted hundreds of workshops for top and middle management to help them with their conversation strategy.

His latest book The Conversation Company (over 10,000 copies sold in 6 months) details a clear philosophy and offers a roadmap on how to become a genuine customer-centric organization that exploits the possibilities of digital media to the full. His previous book The Conversation Manager (over 25,000 copies sold) is seen as a reference guide to translating a company’s communication strategy from a 1-way into a 2-way conversational approach. The book won the 2010 Marketing Innovation in Literature award.

Today, Steven runs his own inspiration & coaching company, B-Conversational, whose aim is to help companies evolve into Conversation Companies. Instead of implementing an “omniscient guru approach”, a process of co-creation is used to shape the future strategy of the client company (or business unit). Steven combines his own expertise with the internal know-how and vision of the client company in order to co-create a new strategy.

Before starting his own inspiration company, Steven was a managing partner at InSites Consulting. InSites Consulting is one of the most innovative market research companies in the world. No other agency has won more industry awards (by Esomar). Steven spent 11 years at InSites, helping the company grow from a startup workforce of 10 to a leading international company with 120 staff and branches in 5 countries.

With more than 10 years experience and a real passion for marketing and digital solutions, Cédric Cauderlier knows what it takes to built a successful project.

A co-founder of digital strategy agency Mountainview, Cedric has also worked as head of digital for the Danone group. Previous clients include Acor, Citibank, Febiac, FEB/VBO, Generali, Group Seb, Kiala, Mattel, Nestle waters, Nike, PWC, Total and Voo.

Today, Cédric share his passion and skills for the digital world in a variety of ways – he is a teacher at STIMA and an active member of the IAB Inspire workgroup and taskforce. He’s been a keynote speaker on many occasions, contributing to discussions on the evolution of marketing at various conferences (such as IAB and FEWEB) and been proud to sit on different judging panels.
